The Green Car Metal EB-M

This is an emulsifiable oil recommended for all types of machining processes, that combines the advantages of a soluble oil and a pure cutting oil. Its formula contains specially selected
components. When mixed with water, they give the product its extreme-pressure characteristics that make it comparable to non emulsifiable cutting oils. Furthermore, its excellent anti rust characteristics permit it to be used in smaller quantities. When mixed with water, it produces a white emulsion with excellent refrigerant qualities, that effectively reduces the friction between the material being machined and the cutting tool, thus minimising wear. The product is very suitable for demanding cutting conditions. Its use is also recommended to obtain excellent finishes of metal surfaces, as well as high performance combined with durability.
